1. All money paid for credits is considered services rendered in full as soon as credits are issued and no refunds will be given in totality.

2. Any bonuses or credits issued are not eligible for withdrawal until money has been used for game play and credits are now fully earned and vested. 

3. Any bonuses issued are a gift and not a requirement of “the Company” in the event that the system is misused, cheated or scammed in any way. 

4. In the event that a player or employee working in concert attempts to defraud the company then “the company” may at its discretion close the players account and all credits will be forfeited.

5. Max payout on any game or machine regardless of the jackpot amount will be no more than $2000 US dollars. 

6. Any jackpot less than $2000 will be the amount won at face value. 

7. All requested payouts will be processed in the order received and will be processed within 24 hours not to exceed 48 hours in the event of extreme unforeseen circumstances. 

8. Payouts will be processed through the service provider the player used to fund their account.

9. Any request by a player to have their payout received a different way will need to be done in writing through a Notary verification and will not be sent anywhere until “the Company” is satisfied that the person making the request is the true owner of the account. 

10. Account closure will be allowed if the player requests it and any credits still in said account will be processed to the account on file. In the event of a death the person that is the beneficiary can close the account and have the funds sent to them directly as long as they can provide a death certificate. 

11. Any funds being transferred from a bank are subject to bank laws and time frames and “the Company makes no promises or guarantees regarding bank processing, or their time frames”.

12. If your account is closed and you decide to return to the platform you will not be considered a new customer and your account will not be eligible for sign up bonuses. 

13. All players know and understand that this is for entertainment purposes and as such there is no promise or guarantee of winning or wins overall.

14. Odds for all games are approximately 1:4 including winning the amount bet. “The Company” makes no promises to player wins that exceed the amount funded in the account. 

15. Any jackpots won are not a guarantee of future jackpots. 

16. Any player that buys credits holds harmless “the Company” and its employees from any lawsuit for the purposes of losses suffered from engaging in the online games or its platform. 

17. Company has the right to change and/or modify terms and conditions.

18. By agreeing to these terms and conditions players agree that "the Company" owns all marks and ideas, Player will not sell, modify, rent, loan, share, or distribute your content in any way and Player will not use the material in any manner except for noncommercial, personal uses.
